The president of the South African Chamber of Commerce to the U.S., Neil Diamond, expressed concerns following a report that grains from Ukraine are being sent to wealthy nations, leaving Africa behind. VOA’s Peter Clottey spoke with Diamond on the sidelines of U.N. General Assembly.
