Local government officials in Nigeria joined hundreds of mourners at a mass burial in northern Jigawa state Wednesday for the 147 victims of a fuel truck explosion. The White House said Wednesday that President Joe Biden has rescheduled his trip to Angola for December. This will be his first trip to sub-Saharan Africa.
