The International Organization for Migration Wednesday said deadly floods that happened early this week in Libya killed at least 5,000 while displacing 30,000 people in the eastern city of Derna and thousands elsewhere. Plus, donors waited to donate blood outside a transfusion center in Marrakesh, a tourism city in Morocco, after a historic 6.8 magnitude earthquake that killed over 2,900 people and injured at least 5,500.
