U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken Tuesday delivered a joint press briefing with his British counterpart James Cleverly, where the two diplomats vowed that their nations will not give up on the goal of putting Sudan back on track to democratic rule.
Blinken also said the U.S. is working in proximity with Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, the African Union, and other multilateral partners to facilitate cease-fire talks between Sudan’s warring generals.
