US Secretary of State Blinken urges combatants in Sudan’s civil war to the negotiating table

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says both combatants in Sudan’s civil war must come to the negotiating table for an end to the war. Malik Agar of Sudan’s Sovereignty Council told ambassadors war would end in December.
