US lawmaker supports Biden calls for Sudan cease-fire and increased aid

U.S. Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove is among Washington's lawmakers echoing President Biden's calls early this week for an end in hostilities in Sudan and for facilitating “unhindered access to humanitarian aid” in the northeast African nation. Sudan's rival forces both responded to Biden and agreed to finding a peaceful resolution. However, they continued trading blame over why the conflict continues.
