Upper Nile State residents support postponed polls

Some residents of the Upper Nile State say President Salva Kiir and his five deputies made the right decision to postpone elections scheduled for December 22, 2024. However, they are concerned the two years could end without progress. For VOA news Mamer Abraham Kuot reports from Malakal.
