UNISFA Condemns Deadly Attacks by Armed Youths in Abyei [3:27]

The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei, UNISFA, issued a statement on Monday condemning weekend attacks by a group of armed youths on villages in Angath, Wunpeth, and Korioch. The attacks resulted in the death of at least 27 people, with 14 others injured. The area's information minister attributes the violence to armed young men suspected of crossing from Warrap State.
