UNICEF: 2024's Grave violations against children cannot be the new normal

This past year was not a good one for many children. UNICEF's Joseph English tells VOA's Carol Van Dam more than 33,900 children were victims of grave violations, including many in Sudan and DR-Congo. Van Dam asked English if the perpetrators of those crimes are ever arrested.
