UNHCR: Chad Housing 55,000 Sudanese Refugees

The U.N. refugee agency, UNHCR, reports that a week-old camp in Borota, Chad is housing over 55,000 Sudanese refugees who have fled conflict between the Sudan Armed Forces and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. For more on the living conditions of the Sudanese refugees, VOA correspondent Henry Wilkins visited the camp in Borota where he spoke to authorities and refugees.
