The Secretary General of the East African Community, Peter Mathuki, says that the renewal of the regional force in the DRC will be up to the Heads of State Summit later this month. This comes as Kinshasa indicates that it is not ready to renew the troops’ mandate. Moses Havyarimana has the story.
