UN: Sudan War Leaving Children Vulnerable

Authorities of the United Nations Children’s Fund recently reported that the ongoing war in Sudan has displaced over 450,000 children from their homes and pushed tens of thousands into neighboring countries – a development that has profusely impacted their education and left them vulnerable to exploitation, child marriages and recruitment into armed groups. VOA correspondent Henry Wilkins has more on the U.N.’s findings from Borota, Chad, a border town housing several Sudanese refugees.
