UN official praises former rebel general

An official with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan has praised the late General Bior Ajang Duot, former rebel commander of the Sudan People Liberation Army and the former undersecretary in the Ministry of Defense for having no international sanctions while he served serving the people of South Sudan in various capacities.
