Floodwaters have displaced more than 460,000 people in the Central Somali town of Beledweyne, the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said Monday. Rising water level in this town with the highest population density in the Horn of Africa region have forced a number of important facilities to close, including government offices and the town's main hospital. A local resident Hussein Yusuf told The Associated Press that it was the "worst flood we have ever experienced."
