Nhlamulo Ndlela, a spokesperson for the uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party, says South Africa's constitution must be changed. This, after the constitutional court ruled on Monday that former president Jacob Zuma is not eligible to stand for parliament in next week's general election. Ndlela tells VOA’s Peter Clottey that the country is now in a "constitutional crisis."
