Ukraine and Turkey Discuss Peace Plan to End Russian Invasion

The Ukrainian president says Turkey plans to join a peace process this week aimed at bringing an end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The announcement came as a missile strike on a Ukrainian post office killed a handful of peole and injured several more. It also follows a week in which Russia’s top diplomat traveled to North Korea.
