Ugandan police inspector general wants to step up fight against corruption

Abbas Byakagaba, Inspector General of the Ugandan police, is calling on anti-graft agencies to step up their fight to root out corruption. He tells VOA’s Peter Clottey that the public is frustrated because high profile individuals accused of corruption often go unpunished.
