Uganda is set to start vaccinations for COVID-19 after getting a shipment from the COVAX facility that is supplying a number of countries. For Africa News Tonight, Mugume Davis Rwakaringi reports that some residents say they will not get an injection - fearing it could adversely affect their lives.
