Uganda Presidential Candidate Questions Election Credibility

Patrick Oboi Amuriat recently stepped down as president of Uganda’s Forum for Democratic Change party to run as a presidential candidate. For Nightline Africa, VOA’s Peter Clottey spoke to Amuriat who said he is running despite his concerns that several constraints will taint the credibility of next year's voting.
