Opposition in Angola Protest New Vote Counting Rule

Angolan opposition parties protest a bill seeking to consolidate the counting of votes rather than doing so at each local level. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke with journalist Mario Paiva who said opposition believes that the bill opens the door for fraudulent counting.
