U.S. Accuses Russia of Exploiting African Resources for Ukraine War

U.S. officials Thursday addressed the United Nations Security Council, where they accused Russian mercenaries of exploiting African resources which are allegedly being used by Moscow to fund the war in Ukraine, an allegation that Russian officials deny.
