At the Qatar World Cup, Tunisia will take on current world champions France after Senegal became the first African country qualify for the first knockout stage of the tournament in their game with Ecuador yesterday. The Lions of Teranga, current champions of Africa, beat Ecuador 2-1 on Tuesday. VOA’s James Butty spoke with Senior Editor at Le Soleil, Senegal’s daily newspaper Ibrahima Ndiaye.
