U.S. President-elect Donald Trump is set to join a list of world leaders who have received non-consecutive terms in office and clawed their way back to power from scandal, jail time or crushing defeats. Included on that list is former U.S. President Grover Cleveland, Brazil’s current President Luiz Lula da Silva and Ghana’s recently re-elected President John Dramani Mahama.
