Terminally Ill Patient Battles Power Cuts in South Africa

Paul Adams, a terminally ill South African man with emphysema, says he can't use his oxygen machine when the power goes out. For Africa News Tonight, Vicky Stark spoke to Adams who said he is battling to have his two back-up non-electric oxygen tanks refilled by the state.
