Following the death of Tanzania President John Pombe Magufuli, the main opposition leader Tundu Lissu hopes to return from exile in Belgium. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Lissu who said he fled because he feared for his life following the October 28 presidential election.
