Sudan's Warring Factions Inch Closer to Cessation of Hostilities Deal

Inter-Governmental Authority on Development Executive Secretary Workneh Gebeyehu said on Saturday that Sudan Army Chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and Rapid Support Forces leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo agreed to sign a cessation of hostilities as the the two commanders are expected to may meet soon.
