In Sudan, conflict and instability has taken a heavy toll on its people, particularly its women. Weeks of intense fighting have left many homeless, hungry, and traumatized. Yet when we look at Sudan’s recent history, we see that woman have played instrumental roles in peaceful resolutions as well. On this week’s episode of Our Voices, we will be examining the long-term effect that such a conflict will have on this society, it’s women, and future generations.
