This week marks one year of instability in Sudan and efforts to address violations of rights abuses are proving to be a challenge. Moneim Adam is an influential lawyer who supported the International Criminal Court in the Hague in the case against the Sudan government and also the director of the non-profit, Access to Justice Program. Adam tells VOA’s John Tanza that no matter how long it takes, individuals who committed crimes during Sudan’s current conflict will be held accountable.
