Sudan’s ambassador calls for intervention

Sudan's ambassador to the United States, Mohamed Abdallah Idris, is calling on humanitarian groups to provide much-needed relief items to families trapped by conflict in the country's cities. Idris told VOA’s John Tanza in an exclusive interview Monday that authorities in Sudan have opened humanitarian corridors for both local and international aid groups in the country.
