The Coordination of Civilian Democratic Forces known as Taqadum, which on Tuesday signed a declaration to end Sudan’s conflict with the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, continues its shuttle diplomacy with the belligerents — the RSF and the Sudan Armed Forces, SAF — as well as regional leaders. The coalition also met with the chairman of the regional body IGAD in Djibouti and renewed its call on the SAF to join talks.
