South Sudan’s Vice President for the Gender and Youth Cluster, Rebecca Nyandeng, called on the country's holdout rebel groups negotiating in Nairobi to end their longstanding differences. However, some opposition groups not invited to the talks claim the rebels have surrendered to President Salva Kiir. Pagan Amum, leader of the REAL SPLM, told VOA’s John Tanza that the holdouts seek to end South Sudan’s vicious cycle of violence.
