As South Sudan joins the rest of the world in commemorating the 12th anniversary of World Radio Day, station managers say a lack of stable electricity poses huge problems for radio. One presenter of a Juba-based community radio station says power cuts, a lack of equipment and finances remain ongoing problems for the medium. Manyang David Mayar reports from Juba.
