SSudan President Calls for Dialogue With Rebels [4:55]

President Salva Kiir has called on holdout rebel groups to embrace dialogue amid political instability in the country. For South Sudan in Focus, Waakhe Simon Wudu reports some groups say Kiir made the call because the unity government he leads is nearing the end of its mandate.
