The South Sudan government and some South Sudanese Catholics say they are excited to hear Pope Francis has rescheduled his visit to the nation. The head of the Vatican embassy in Juba announced that Pope Francis will visit the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan early next year after he canceled a trip to both countries in July because of health problems.
