SSudan to Levy Water Bottling Environmental Fee

South Sudan’s environment and forestry ministry wants water bottling companies to pay a monthly environmental fee. For South Sudan in Focus, Winnie Cirino reports that the fee equal to $166 will be used to collect and properly dispose of plastic bottles.
