A South Sudanese analyst says the move by the law firm Global Rights Compliance (GRC) to file a case with the International Criminal Court to look into wartime abuses committed in South Sudan is overdue. Professor of anthropology at Syracuse University Jok Madut Jok tells VOA's John Tanza that South Sudanese leaders have dragged their feet long enough in establishing a hybrid court to look into conflict-related violations as required by the 2018 peace agreement.
