The president of the Union of Journalists of South Sudan says six journalists working for the national broadcaster SSBC have been detained by the National Security Service in Juba. It appears, he says, the arrests are related to a leaked video of the country’s president. For South Sudan in Focus, Manyang David Mayar reports from Juba.
