Motorists in South Sudan's capital, Juba, no longer have to show their Driving Assessment Certificates to police, following an order from the head of Traffic Police. The unpopular move started in August 2021 to crack down on driver's using fake licensing. For South Sudan in Focus, Viola Elias reports from Juba.
