South Sudan's minister of justice and constitutional affairs has directed public prosecutors in Juba to arraign suspected criminals in court to avoid overcrowding police cells across Juba town. The undersecretary in the ministry of justice says his team visited four stations to assess the situation with suspects at various police cells in the capital. Viola Elias reports from Juba.
