Fighting reportedly continued in parts of Sudan’s capital Khartoum on Tuesday despite a seven-day U.S.-brokered ceasefire that went into effect on Monday evening. Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces have been locked in a deadly power struggle for weeks. Tariq Abdallah, Sudan representative for the U.S. humanitarian organization, Invisible Children, spoke with VOA's Nabeel Biajo from Khartoum about the situation.
