A court in South Sudan's capital, Juba, has charged an Anglican bishop on Thursday for "illegal marriage" and "child neglect." The complainant, Amos Awan, accused Bishop David Akau Kuol of the Diocese of Awerial in the Episcopal Church of South Sudan of having an unlawful relationship with his daughter for nearly 12 years.
