SSPDF Spokesman Refutes Rumors of Ugandan Troops in Juba, South Sudan [3:32]

The spokesman of the South Sudan People's Defense Forces has dismissed rumors circulating on social media about the presence of four battalions from the Uganda People's Defense Forces in Juba. General Lul Ruai Koang says the rumors are spread by people whom he calls enemies of South Sudan. He tells VOA's John Tanza that there are no foreign troops stationed in South Sudan.
