South Sudanese religious leader wants government to protect citizens from gun violence

The Revered Duga Gibson Arona, a dean of the Cathedral of Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches in South Sudan, says after he was robbed at gunpoint that the government must do more to establish the rule of law and make sure that guns are kept in one place so that citizens are safe.
