South Sudan’s Kenyan brokered talks stalls

Delegates at the South Sudan talks in the Kenyan capital Nairobi say they are waiting for government representative from Juba to kickstart the talks. Rajab Mohandis who represent the Peoples coalition for Civic Change tells VOA’s John Tanza, the opposition groups in Nairobi have been waiting for arrival of the government delegation.
