South Sudan’s Kenyan-brokered talks stalls

Delegates at the South Sudan talks in the Kenyan capital Nairobi say they are waiting for government representatives from Juba to kickstart the talks. Rajab Muhandis, who represents the Peoples Coalition for Civic Change, tells VOA’s John Tanza that the opposition groups in Nairobi have been waiting for the arrival of the government delegation.
