South Sudan holdout groups form alliance

Four South Sudan holdout group negotiating with the government of South Sudan in Nairobi have formed an umbrella group called the United Peoples Alliance. The new group's members are the Real Sudan Peoples’ Liberation Movement, the South Sudan United Front, the Upper Nile Liberation Front and the National Salvation Front – Revolutionary Command Council. Pagan Amum is the leader of the Real Sudan Peoples’ Liberation Movement. He tells VOA’s John Tanza that the new alliance is for peace in South Sudan.
