South Sudan Groups Say Country Not Ready For Elections

Civil society groups in South Sudan are calling on the country’s Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity to address outstanding issues and restore public confidence in the transitional process. Among the topics identified at a meeting last week were security, constitution-making, and elections.
