Some residents of South Sudan’s capital, Juba, are asking the government to support them during the rainy season because of the city's poor drainage system. Some residents say whenever it rains, they are cut off from access to food, medicine and mobility. South Sudan’s government’s Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) says there is no money to provide services to families affected by rain. Denis Logonyi has more from Juba.
