Some small businesses in Juba, are on the brink of closing down due to what business owners say are exorbitant taxes levied on their businesses by the Juba City Council. Women operating salon businesses in Munuki say the city council has refused to listen to their woes while a man with a disability now works as a shoe shiner after his kiosk was destroyed by the Juba City Council.
