Somalia Angrily Rejects Ethiopia Somaliland Port Pact

Somalia rejected a deal between its breakaway region of Somaliland and Ethiopia. The memorandum of understanding allows Ethiopia to use a major port with access to the Red Sea in return for recognition as an independent state. Somalia says the agreement has no legal bearing.
